The gang must run, jump and fight their way through each world to save the day and discover the secrets of every legendary painting. While focusing on a painting that shows a medieval land, they are suddenly sucked into the painting, entering the world, and the adventure begins. As they look more closely, they notice each painting seems to tell the story of a mythical world. Levels in Rayman Legends range from typical platforming adventures to boss battles, timed invasion levels, platform altering challenges featuring Murphy, and even special musical themed levels.Rayman, Globox, and the Teensies are off wandering through an enchanted forest when they discover a mysterious tent filled with a series of captivating paintings. The amount of Teensies in a level ranges from 3 to 10 depending on the type of level, with some found naturally over the course of a level and others hidden from view. Most worlds and levels can be unlocked either from progressing through the game or by rescuing Teensies found in each level. Rayman Legends contains 5 regular worlds and one bonus world that contain several levels inside paintings that the player can jump into to play.
